Yoga mat setup

Yin Yoga
Monday mornings, 8:30-9:30 am


Yin is a slow yoga practice, mostly on the floor. Poses are held for 3+ minutes, working deep into fascia and connective tissues. Fantastic for people with any level of yoga experience, and especially effective as a practice for athletes to recover and gain/maintain flexibility.

– Free for YMCA members, or $10 for a day pass to the facility.

– Mats and blocks are provided, or you may bring your own yoga gear.

Family Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens
Monday, 5:00-5:50pm


Time to unplug and relax! Teens and caregivers will enjoy mindful movement and meditation they can take “off the mat” when navigating the mental and physical demands of academics, athletics, work, and beyond. Build strength, flexibility, confidence, empathy, creativity, and more. Ages 12+.

Flow + Restore Yoga
Thursday, 9:30-10:30am


This class combines traditional, alignment-based Hatha “flow” yoga and restorative. Opening with movement and closing with calming poses and meditation, Flow + Restore is strength building and energizing for the first half, and stretching and relaxing for the second half. This class is for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike.

All-levels Yoga
Thursday, 7:30-8:30pm

This class connects breath with asanas (poses) to develop strength, flexibility, and relaxation. We focus on alignment, balance, and mindfulness as we move through our practice. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners from beginners to advanced. Modifications and props are used to enhance your practice.

– All gear is provided; students may use their own mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, and other props if they will but these items are not required. See recommendations on the yoga gear page.

Yoga for All Seasons
(Not currently offered)

This class aligns yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), and meditation with the rhythm of nature and the seasons. Find balance and harmony with this light and creative class that uses elements of Ayurveda and other mind and body concepts from around the world. This class caters to all levels of experience.

Flex, Align, Unwind
(Not currently offered)

Open level class to complement any fitness program. Uses principles of yoga: poses, movement, breath, and meditation. Gain body awareness, flexibility, and encourage recovery in hips, hamstrings, back, core, and shoulders. Perfect for regular yoga students and complete newbies!
